How to order
You may order via email, phone, or through our website. Please use our online quote forms, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Please note that during some periods we may have many email requests, please call (03) 62244331 if you haven’t heard from us.
Once we have confirmation from you that you would like to proceed with your order, we will send you your invoice via email.
Your invoice will also include instructions for payment. Please note, if paying via direct deposit, that you must notify us that you’ve paid before the order is confirmed.
Typically we require two to four weeks notice – subject to booking availability as some bookings are made months in advance. We recommend planning your cake order well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Bookings, Deposits, and final payment
A 50% deposit is required once you choose to go ahead. Your order will not be recognised unless the deposit has been paid, and you have notified us.
This deposit payment is not refundable as it acts as a placeholder for you.
The remainder of your balance is due one week before delivery, or on collection for pick-up orders. For orders that placed in a short timeframe, payment is required in full to secure your booking.
